Since the Foundation was created in 2014, it has awarded 237 scholarships to individuals seeking a certificate or professional designation in real estate. The Foundation has also conducted six research studies and produced a white paper, all designed to give real estate owners and managers new tools to add value to their properties.

2016 was another impactful year for the BOMA Georgia Foundation. By the end of the year, the Foundation had awarded 152 scholarships, conducted four research projects and released one white paper.
2017 Annual Report
In 2017, the Foundation had its most impactful year with new research, new networking opportunities and hosting of the 2017 Southern Region Conference. By the end of the year, the Foundation had awarded 237 scholarships; conducted five research projects, that included a regional salary and benefits study; and released one white paper.
