Metro-Atlanta Property Management Staffing Ratio Benchmarking Study
The Foundation is currently conducting a Property Management Staffing Ratio Benchmarking Study in metro-Atlanta, which will help real estate owners and managers better understand typical staffing levels at various property types and sizes. The study is expected to be completed by December 2015.
Into the Future
In 2016, the Foundation will expand its biannual salary and benefits survey to include other markets in the Southeastern United States, providing real estate owners and managers with the ability to analyze data in specific markets and comprehensively in the Southeast.
