The Savannah Fund is a dedicated initiative of the BOMA Georgia Foundation created to strengthen the commercial real estate industry throughout metro Savannah. By investing in education, professional development, and industry research, The Savannah Fund is committed to meeting the professional development needs of CRE professionals in the Savannah market and surrounding area.

Donations directly support educational programs delivered in the metro Savannah area, making high-quality learning opportunities more accessible to local commercial real estate professionals. The Savannah Fund also provides scholarships to help emerging and established CRE professionals participate in industry-leading education, leadership training, and other professional development programs, ensuring that financial barriers do not limit access to career advancement. Additionally, The Savannah Fund invests in research to help CRE professionals enhance the value they return to the people and properties they serve.

To ensure a sustainable future for CRE education and research in Savannah, contributions are earmarked both for near-term use and for long-term asset appreciation, with the aim of creating perpetual funding through the fund’s earnings and growth over time.

Individual donors at the $100 level and above and corporate donors at the $500 level and above are recognized through the BOMA Georgia Foundation’s annual giving program.
