About the 2018 Dallas Metro Commercial Real Estate Staffing Ratio Study

In service to this purpose, the Foundation, along with the BOMA Dallas Foundation, commissioned Koine Communications to conduct the Dallas Metro Commercial Real Estate Staffing Ratio Study. This study addresses the roles and workloads of personnel serving commercial office buildings in the Dallas Metro area.

Using contact information provided by BOMA Dallas, Koine Communications collected the data for this study in February 2018 from commercial real estate professionals who serve the Dallas metro area. Results are based on submissions from 28 building ownership/management organizations and represent 90 buildings comprising approximately 32 million square feet. All individual building data has been kept anonymous.

About the 2016 Metro Atlanta Commercial Real Estate Staffing Ratio Study

This study addresses the roles and workloads of personnel serving the commercial office buildings in metro-Atlanta. The study produces an average full-time equivalent staff for various property management, building engineers, leasing, and accounting positions, and provides a formula to real estate professionals understand how the property they own and manage compare to the industry average. The results are from 26 building ownership/management organizations and represent 110 metro-Atlanta buildings, comprising approximately 27 million square feet.
